We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items that occur before they are returned to us, including if they are lost or damaged in transit. Please keep a proof of postage and tracking number when returning goods to us. An unused and unwashed item(s) with the original tag attached can be sent back within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or a replacement.
